Meet The Founder

Jennifer Fishman – M.Ed., NFTE Certified Entrepreneurship Instructor

Jennifer Fishman is an entrepreneurial-minded leader and innovative educator with a Master’s Degree in Education from Pepperdine University, a California Teaching Credential, and certification from the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE). She has trained with leading financial literacy experts, partnered with educators, and developed innovative tools that make learning about money, business, and career pathways engaging and accessible for young learners.


As the founder and owner of Business Basics for Kids, Ms. Fishman brings deep passion and expertise to the company and its mission. Drawing from her classroom experience and extensive research, Ms. Fishman developed the company’s proprietary curriculum—an engaging, real-world entrepreneurial education program designed specifically for elementary school students and future entrepreneurs.
